Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Corporate Sales & Merchandising Executive to scale and strengthen our B2B merch business. The role involves visiting companies, pitching our merch solutions, securing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Visit corporate offices, schools, and organizations to pitch merch services
- Generate leads and convert them into orders
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Merchandising & Order Management
- Understand client requirements (design, fabric, quantity, deadline)
- Coordinate with design and production teams for sampling and approvals
- Ensure smooth flow from order confirmation to delivery
Production Coordination
- Follow up with production team on order status
- Ensure timelines are met
- Communicate updates clearly to clients
Basic Quality Assurance
- Verify samples before production
- Perform basic final checks before delivery
- Ensure product matches client expectations
Client Relationship Management
- Handle client queries and feedback
- Resolve issues professionally
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in field visits and client meetings
- Basic understanding of garments/merchandising (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on client relationships
- Must own a bike/scooter with a valid driving license (mandatory for client visits and field operations)
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 12th Pass / Intermediate candidates with strong communication skills and experience in sales/merchandising can also be considered
Salary Structure
- Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance
- Incentive on orders closed, applicable upon achieving monthly sales target
